Le proteine sono un macronutriente presente in misura maggiore o minore in tutti gli alimenti, indipendentemente dalla loro origine. \u00c8 quindi un mito che le diete vegane manchino di questo macronutriente.<\/p>\n<p>Probabilmente avrete visto molte foto e video sui social media di pile di gustosi pancake e non danno l&#8217;impressione di essere salutari o di essere un pasto da consumare ogni giorno. A mio parere, la soia \u00e8 la pi\u00f9 neutra nel gusto e la pi\u00f9 completa dal punto di vista nutrizionale; a volte la uso semplice, a volte con aromi come la vaniglia o il caramello salato. Dipende dai vostri gusti. Lo zucchero \u00e8 un elemento che ho quasi del tutto eliminato dalla mia cucina per motivi di salute, quindi non \u00e8 raro trovare tali sostituti nelle mie ricette.<\/p>\n<p>Con questo non voglio dire che l&#8217;olio sia dannoso o che non si debbano consumare grassi nella nostra dieta, semplicemente preferisco utilizzarlo da altre fonti e in altre preparazioni per dosarlo meglio durante la giornata.<\/p>\n<p>Per questa preparazione non \u00e8 necessario disporre di latte vegetale, \u00e8 sufficiente l&#8217;acqua. Perch\u00e9? La maggior parte dei latti vegetali in commercio, con l&#8217;eccezione del latte di soia, \u00e8 costituita per lo pi\u00f9 da acqua con scarso valore nutritivo e aromatico. Il latte di soia fornisce ulteriori proteine, ma se stiamo gi\u00e0 aggiungendo proteine in polvere, possiamo scegliere di ometterle o di aggiungerle per ottenere ancora pi\u00f9 proteine. Nel mio caso, poich\u00e9 utilizzo proteine isolate di soia, uso semplicemente acqua.<\/p>\n<p>Per quanto riguarda il glutine, i pancake proteici vegani sono perfettamente realizzabili con un mix di farine senza glutine, quindi potete fare questa modifica senza problemi. Tuttavia, \u00e8 necessario controllare la consistenza per calcolare la quantit\u00e0 di liquido da aggiungere, poich\u00e9 l&#8217;assorbimento di ogni farina \u00e8 diverso e si potrebbero ottenere pancake pi\u00f9 sottili. Non \u00e8 un problema cos\u00ec grande.<\/p>\n<p>Per questi pancake proteici vegani avrete bisogno di:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Farina normale o integrale: \u00e8 possibile utilizzare farina integrale o anche un mix di farina senza glutine.<\/li>\n<li>Farina di avena: si pu\u00f2 usare pi\u00f9 farina di frumento, ma l&#8217;avena fornisce pi\u00f9 fibre e variet\u00e0 nutrizionale.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3JqAU75\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Proteine isolate in polvere<\/a>: \u00e8 possibile utilizzare proteine di soia, di pisello, di riso integrale o una miscela di proteine vegetali. In meno di 20 minuti, potrete portare in tavola questa deliziosa e sostanziosa colazione con un cappuccino di soia o di avena.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pesare e mescolare gli ingredienti secchi, usando sempre una bilancia per la precisione, ecco perch\u00e9 indico sempre gli ingredienti in grammi.<\/li>\n<li>Aggiungere i liquidi fino a formare un impasto liquido ma denso.<\/li>\n<li>Ungere una piastra o una padella e versare il composto in un cerchio. Aggiungere i mirtilli e coprire con uno strato sottile di frullato.<\/li>\n<li>Quando sulla superficie iniziano a comparire delle bollicine, girate e fate cuocere fino a quando non saranno dorati su
