Sebbene i pi\u00f9 rappresentativi dei dolci italiani siano i sapori e le essenze degli agrumi, per me \u00e8 quello l&#8217;aroma che li rovina. Ci\u00f2 che rende speciale questa colomba pasquale vegana \u00e8 che non contiene alcun ingrediente di origine animale, n\u00e9 latticini, n\u00e9 uova, contrariamente alla versione tradizionale.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c8 un pane che richiede una lievitazione di almeno 24 ore per maturare correttamente e questo lo rende un po &#8216;pi\u00f9 complesso, tuttavia la maggior parte di questo tempo \u00e8 solo di attesa e non di elaborazione.<\/p>\n<h2>Che forma ha la colomba vegana di pasqua?<\/h2>\n<p>Siamo onesti, bisogna avere abbastanza immaginazione per vedere la forma di colomba di questo pane, trovo questo fatto abbastanza divertente, ma sicuramente ha una sua storia e tradizione per aver mantenuto forme cos\u00ec robuste. Per questo ho deciso di contribuire con il mio granello di sabbia a veganizzare le preparazioni tradizionali attorno alle feste pi\u00f9 diffuse al mondo, anche se non mi rappresentano personalmente.<\/p>\n<p>Puoi infornare questa colomba pasquale vegana in qualsiasi stampo che hai, idealmente fatto di carta o cartone, come quelli per il panettone. Puoi anche usare uno stampo tondo, ricorda solo che se hai intenzione di capovolgere il pane in modo che non perda volume, devi togliere le pareti dello stampo in metallo e infilarlo con due spillone e girarlo appoggiandolo su due superfici, poi ti spiego meglio di cosa si tratta.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"\">Tecniche speciali per preparare la colomba di pasqua vegana<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>C&#8217;\u00e8 un procedimento che si esegue con la Colomba Pasquale ed il panettone che hanno sostanzialmente lo stesso impasto e aumentano molto di volume nel forno, e cio\u00e8 che subito dopo averlo sfornato, vengono incrociati con delle spillone di sostegno, e poi capovolti e raffreddati sottosopra in modo che il bel volume ottenuto durante la cottura non venga abbassato per la gravit\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p>Questa procedura \u00e8 chiamata &#8220;capovolgere&#8221; che significa invertire. Fornir\u00f2 sempre un&#8217;alternativa pi\u00f9 disponibile:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Farina per pane<\/li>\n<li>Latte vegetale<\/li>\n<li>Zucchero bianco vegano<\/li>\n<li>Lievito secco o fresco<\/li>\n<li>Sostituzione delle uova a base di Aquafaba<\/li>\n<li>Margarina vegetale in blocco o l&#8217;olio di cocco deodorato<\/li>\n<li>Semi di vaniglia, essenza o aroma di vaniglia<\/li>\n<li>Il tuo aroma preferito: mandorla o arancia<\/li>\n<li>Il tuo ripieno preferito: noci-fichi, frutta candita, gocce di cioccolato o pistacchio.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<figure
